TCA – Technology Centres Australia the home of Computers, Ricoh Photocopiers and Managed IT Services.

TCA has spearheaded the advances in our region with Managed IT networking and Ricoh photocopiers.

Our growth was founded on the merger of PC2DAY Computers and Software and Jaicor Business Equipment (starting operations in 1994 respectively) and merged in 2005. TCA Coffs Harbour is the central hub of our fully equipped (NOC) network operations centre, administration office, workshop and showroom.

With changes looking to happen with the Merge of both Ricoh and Lanier, In September 1993 TCA acquired CBM (Coffs Business Machines) in Coffs Harbour. Nothing changed as all Staff were retained and only now in 2020 are we winding out the CBM name.

TCA provides from our branches in both Coffs Harbour, Grafton and Ballina a one stop solution for all the technology needs servicing the region from Kempsey in the south to the Tweed coast in the north and remotely in regions throughout NSW and beyond.

In 2012 TCA successfully tended for an after hours support contract with a US based company, servicing a freight delivery solution with more than 300 companies throughout the United States and Hawaii. Our unique remote support solution was integrated directly into their operations platform to allow their clients to seamlessly seek support 24 hours a day. Other innovations in technology have enabled our clients to benefit from business telephones using the latest in cloud base PBX solutions, advanced wireless technology and digital self-filing management workflows to streamline government compliance.

With a team of 17 dedicated staff we aim to partner with our clients to maximise technology benefits and add value to their organisations.
